Terms

Monitoring and alerts.

These terms are between you and Xupra K.K. for Xupra Signal. The service is monitoring and alerts. We do not remove posts, identify who wrote them, write reviews, or give legal advice.

One plan covers one organisation: a company, a club, or one public agency. Reputation watches one name. Reputation Daily and Reputation Pro watch up to three related names for that same organisation. A public agency may watch its own name and official accounts. The service is not for monitoring residents or other private individuals. You may watch your own name, or a person who has authorised you in writing.

Alerts include the original line where the source allows us to send it, a link, the date and a short summary. Summaries can be wrong. Read the original. A source can be busy, blocked, or outside the rules we are allowed to follow. We skip it rather than break those rules.

Look-alike domain alerts describe what public DNS and registry data showed. They do not prove bad intent, and “not found” does not guarantee a domain can be registered. A .jp we register for you is registered in your name. You can transfer it out.

Prices are on the pricing page. Yen figures are shown before tax and with 10% consumption tax. Monthly card checkout is on that page and is handled by Stripe. The watch starts when we match the payment to your organisation. You can also start by email, or when an invoice is paid. You can cancel by email. The plan runs until the end of the period you have paid for.

The first 10 customers may take a free first month in exchange for feedback. One offer per organisation. If you cancel before the second month, you pay nothing for that first month.

The example scan is a record of public data on 19 Oct 2026. It is not a promise that your name will produce the same counts.
