What we keep.

Xupra K.K. runs Xupra Signal from Tokyo. Questions go to [email protected].

If you email us, we keep your name, email address, organisation and message so we can reply and, if you become a customer, run the watch you asked for.

A watch stores the names you asked us to monitor, the alerts we send you, and the public link those alerts point to. We send that record to the paying customer. We do not send it to anyone else. We do not identify anonymous posters, and we do not run background checks.

Image-board matches are stored as text and a link. We do not collect the pictures.

The public example scan on this website uses counts and publisher pages from 19 Oct 2026. Posts by private individuals are not quoted.

This site is served through Cloudflare. Server logs may include your IP address and the page you requested, for security and to keep the site up.

You can ask us what we hold about you, and you can ask us to delete an enquiry, by emailing [email protected]. A paid watch is deleted when the account ends, except records we must keep for tax or a dispute.
